Contrivian Standard Terms and Conditions
- By submitting a Service Order on this platform you represent that you are duly authorized to submit such order on behalf of your organization, and that you agree and confirm that the services listed will be provided by Contrivian under the applicable Master Service Agreement (MSA), Master Terms & Conditions (T&Cs), or other such agreement or contract executed between the parties (the “Agreement”), which together with this Service Order constitutes a complete and binding contract.
- Cancellation by Customer following execution hereof and successful completion of the Test Phase per region and prior to the expiry of the Service Contract term will result in early termination fees as provided in the Agreement.
- Usage of Contrivian-supplied network services indicates agreement to the terms of the Contrivian Acceptable Use Policy, found on the Contrivian website.
- Customer acknowledges that Broadband services are provided on a best-effort basis and that standard SLA terms are not applicable unless otherwise specified in the Agreement.
- Terms, conditions and pricing of the foregoing are considered confidential and proprietary, and may not be disclosed to third parties without the express written consent of Contrivian.
- For all out-of-scope items Contrivian will bill $275 per hour for time and materials, not inclusive of any additional hard costs (hardware, software, travel and other expenses) that may result from any out of scope work or solutions conducted on the Customer's behalf, unless otherwise specified in the Agreement.
- Payment terms are defined in the Agreement unless otherwise specified here.
